At Global Collector App (GCA), we value your privacy and provide a simple process to delete your account if you choose to discontinue using our platform. Below are the steps to permanently delete your account:

1. Delete Your Account Directly in the App

If you are logged into your account, you can delete it directly in the app by following these steps:

  • Go to the Profile section of the app.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
  • Tap the Delete Account button.
  • Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, all your account data will be deleted from our system.

2. Request Account Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account in the app, you can request deletion via email. Please send an email to info@globalcollector.app with the following information:

The email address associated with your account.
Your unique account identifier (found in the Profile section of the app).
This information is necessary to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized account deletions. Once your identity is verified, we will process your request and notify you upon completion.

Important Information

  • Account deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you no longer need the data before proceeding.
  • After account deletion, all your data, including collections, wishlists, and preferences, will be permanently removed from our system.
